The paths are as diverse as the people who go abroad with us
This page shows examples of how varied the routes abroad can look. We believe that education is created through exchange and that people from very different backgrounds bring valuable perspectives. At the same time, we want to give as many people as possible the chance not just to visit China, but to truly get to know the country, the culture and the people by living and working there. That is why we do not have a fixed CV that needs to be met — instead we find individual solutions that we shape together.
After graduating
The period after graduation offers an ideal opportunity for a change of perspective. While others are writing applications, some use this phase to gain international teaching experience, gather new inspiration and develop personally. Since accommodation and organisation are covered, the financial commitment remains manageable.
In retirement
Even after an active professional life, an assignment abroad can be an enriching experience. Several retired lecturers have already taught in China through us and discovered the country in a new, personal way. Their life and professional experience is particularly valued on the ground.
During semester breaks
A stay of three to six weeks can be integrated perfectly into semester breaks. Many students use this time to share their knowledge while gaining international experience at the same time. The period is compact, intensive and easy to combine with studies.
As educational leave
In some cases the assignment has been arranged as educational leave. In coordination with the employer and our partners on the ground, we find solutions that combine professional development with international teaching activity.
As an internship
An assignment can also be structured as an internship — for example as part of a degree programme or a professional reorientation. If a specific title or formal framework is required, we provide support in finding a suitable structure.
