We want to enable experts to share their knowledge and experience in educational projects: once, regularly, or on a long-term basis alongside their main job. To achieve this, we collaborate with various educational institutions that have a concrete interest in practical expertise.
We provide support during preparation and offer a low-threshold entry point. You don’t need to be a trained educator or come up with didactic concepts from scratch. You bring your expertise, we take care of the framework.
The specific process can look different from lecturer to lecturer and from assignment to assignment. That’s not a bug, it’s a feature: this way we find the right format for every real-life situation.
Compact or recurring: you choose what works
Our partner institutions have different needs. Some are looking for a guest lecturer for an intensive teaching block, others need a regular instructor on a weekly basis over a longer period of time. Both are possible.
Intensive teaching block abroad or on site
You travel to a partner institution for several weeks and take on a compact teaching assignment there. Accommodation, flights and insurance are generally covered by the institution — we handle the organisation.
Regular assignments alongside your job
Projects on a recurring schedule: for example, one teaching unit per week — on site, hybrid or online. Ideal if you want to contribute your expertise on an ongoing basis without pausing your main job.
